i-Hotel Gold is the solution for customers that accept no compromise, providing all of the features found in i-Hotel Silver but with the added capability of controlling end-user guest access via authorization codes or Paypal payment pages.  You can provide Internet access to your end-users for free, or charge for it. Recent features include public IP address assignment for guests and tiered user levels which allow you to provide free but speed and service limited Internet access to customers, and charge for faster and unlimited Internet access.  Important features such as “client isolation”, which prevents users from accessing other users computers, login page with terms & conditions, corporate VPN support, outgoing spam control are standard in i-Hotel Gold.

What makes i-Hotel Gold the ultimate solution?

With i-Hotel Gold, unique authorization codes are generated for each user. Your staff is always in perfect control and will allow end-users to access the Internet in less than 30 seconds. A customizable login page with terms & conditions pages is displayed to new users. Access codes allow total control of individuals authorized to use your bandwidth. It’s possible to track a specific user via IP address and MAC address, protecting you in the case of illegal activities by your end-users. A virtually unlimited number of customers can use your network; the only limit is your Internet bandwidth.

You decide whether to bill your customers or not and you can choose the rates.  For meeting rooms, group codes allow you to provide a single code which is valid all of the meeting attendees.

For hotels, i-Hotel Gold can be interfaced with your PMS (property management system)  to post charges directly to the guest folios.

i-Hotel Gold even supports multiple billing zones which allow a single i-Hotel system to charge customers differently according the their physical location in your building.

i-Hotel Gold turn-key solutions include our dedicated server, i-Hotel Gold software and choice of wired and/or wireless hardware. Our technicians will install the  system; all you need to provide is cabling and your Internet connection. Our wired solutions include CAT5/CAT6, in-house cable modem (over existing coax cabling) and DSL (over existing CAT3/phone wiring). Our WIFI solutions feature managed POE switches, industry-leading access points with multiple SSIDs and VLAN support.
